RosExpress Delivery is the new offers of Rose Pharmacy, Inc to its valued customers. These convenient and time-saving services aim to meet the demands of its customers who want everything fast and easy.

Same Day Delivery Available in Metro  Cebu, For national delivery we delivery using LBC Express.

What should you know about RosExpress Delivery service?

  • No minimum order
  • Rose Express Delivery is available to accept your call from Monday to Saturday : 8:00 AM to 09:00 PM  and Sunday : 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM
  • Same Day delivery is available only to our customers within Metro Cebu area:  Talisay City, Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Mactan Island

How much should you pay for delivery?

P99.00 delivery charge for Rose Express Deliver or Lalamove Delivery.

How should you pay for your orders?

Payment may be in cash or thru credit cards (all types of credit cards), using our “swipe-on-site” wireless mobile terminals.

Unfortunately, you cannot enjoy all types of discount privileges– discount cards, KSM Cards, including senior citizens’ and PWD discounts if you avail of this service.

How will your ordered items be delivered?

After our branch-based Express agent confirms your order, our RosExpress Rider will deliver your items to the address you indicated. You can identify our riders by their red RosExpress jackets and carrier boxes with RosExpress logo.

What is a "branch pick up" transaction?

If the line bothers you every time you go to your nearest Rose Pharmacy branch, the Branch Pick Up service may also be fit for you. Just call our RosExpress hotline: (+6332) 230 5050, give the items you want to order, and claim them in your selected Rose Pharmacy branch.

What should you do if you want to return the items you ordered?

  • Items will only be accepted within 72 hours from purchase and they should be in good condition.
  • Loose tablets and biological (temperature-sensitive goods) will not be accepted.
  • Official Receipts should be personally presented at the servicing branch (indicated on the receipt) together with the item\s to be returned.
  • You may look for the branch manager for assistance.
