Online Order Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions below apply to online purchases at Rose Pharmacy.
By confirming your order online, it is understood that you agree to all the terms and conditions and to be bound by all applicable laws, statutes and regulations expressed herein.
Rose Pharmacy has the discretion to refuse or suspend this service on reasonable grounds.

Placing Your Order
Customers must provide all requested information upon ordering online. Rose Pharmacy may request additional information to complete his/her order and/or to comply with government regulatory requirements.
Product assortments may vary in every Rose Pharmacy branch, so acceptance of order is subject to availability of products ordered.
The system will direct you to a confirmation page that would confirm successful receipt of order. Customers should make sure that all details given in the order page should be true and correct.

Confirmation of Your Order
Rose Pharmacy will send an sms or email to verify your order. Once confirmed, delivery time will be within 1 to 2 hours. For Store Pickup, order will be served at your selected branch. You will receive an sms or email informing you that your items are ready for pick-up. Customers are required to bring a copy of the Order ID Number.

Prices of Products
Prices of product/s are  in Philippine Peso at their regular price, inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). Price quotes may change at any time without notice.
Applicable discount will be computed at the time of serving the order for discounts, whether promotional or government-mandaated. Presentation of documents and proof of identity at the serving store miay be required.

Payment Terms
Payment for your order shall be made via Pay-on-Delivery(Delivery Option). For Store Pick-up, payments will be processed on the store you choose to pick your order.

Serving of Orders
All transactions made through this online facility shall be processed in accordance with Philippine standard time. Orders received from Mondays to Sunday from 8:00am – 9:00pm are deemed acknowledged and will be processed on the same day, while orders received after 9:00 pm shall be attended to and processed on the following day.

Prescription product/s purchased online shall be claimed or served only at the Rose Pharmacy branch that you selected during checkout.

Store Pickup claiming of orders is subject to the regular store hours of the serving Rose Pharmacy store, the details of which shall be provided in the sms or email confirming the availability of your product/s or which you can verify through our website, www.rosepharmacy.com.

Cancellation of Order
Online purchases shall remain valid and effective until Rose Pharmacy is duly notified for revocation or cancellation of order prior to the delivery/release of the products purchased.

Purchase receipt of notice
When claiming the product/s on Store Pickup, you must present the Order ID Number found in your Customer Account Page Dashboard.

For prescription medicines you must present a valid doctor’s prescription during order check out and claiming of products. Rose Pharmacy reserves the right to withhold the release of any product if customer fails to comply to the given requirement.

All confirmed orders must be claimed within 7 days from date of availability of your order.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Rose Pharmacy and shall govern the use of Rose Pharmacy Order Online Facility. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
