Can I Return the item for delivery and Store pickup?

Yes, You can return your item for Valid Return Reasons.
Your return can only be approved ONLY on the following reasons:
1. Damaged Item
2. Wrong Item Delivered
3. Incorrectly Dispensed

Your item can only be returned within 7 calendar days after you receive your order. Any problems encountered after seven days will not be accommodated under our Return

Policy.

What is the return policy for items delivered and Store pickup?

You may only return the item if it is Damaged, Wrong Item Delivered and Incorrectly Dispensed. Once the proof of delivery has been signed, you may not return the item under Change of Mind.

We encourage you to review and inspect delivery parcel upon delivery so that courier could facilitate the return or exchange of order if there is an inconsistent in dispensing.

How can I return an item?

Does Rose Pharmacy offer a replacement for valid returned items?

Yes. However, you will need to ask for the replacement immediately upon returning the item.

Does Rose Pharmacy cover the shipping cost for returns item?

No. Customer need to handle the shipping fee for return item. Customer can also drop the return item in the nearest Rose Pharmacy Branch (Free of charge).

Do you provide refund to return item?

No, we do not provide refund to return item, But replacement will be sent Free of charge.
