Orders

When will i recieve my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS.

After successful verification, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

  • In Metro Cebu, Davao areas: 2 Hours delivery (Same Day delivery) via Rosexpress Delivery

Our business hours are Mondays to Sunday from 8:00am – 9:00pm are deemed acknowledged and will be processed on the same day, while orders received after 9:00 pm shall be attended to and processed on the following day

  • For outside Metro Cebu & Davao area: 2 calendar days (except Sundays and holidays)

How do I track my order status?

You can track your online order by following these steps:

Go to www.rosepharmacy.com/track-your-order
Enter your Order ID and email address
Press “TRACK” to check your order status

Or you can just click on Track Your Order on the bottom right of Rose Pharmacy website.

Can I cancel my order?

No, Once order is shipped you can not cancelled your order.
Cancellation of order must be done with-in an hour after you made the online purchase or during the phone verification.

Returns

How do i return an item?

1. Make sure it meets the criteria for a valid return
2. Fill in the Online Returns Form
3. Drop off your item at any LBC outlet and don’t forget to get your Acknowledgement Return Receipt

You may only return the item if it is Damaged, Wrong Item Delivered and Incorrectly Dispensed. Once the proof of delivery has been signed, you may not return the item under Change of Mind.

We encourage you to review and inspect delivery parcel upon delivery so that courier could facilitate the return or exchange of order if there is an inconsistent in dispensing.

Your return can only be approved ONLY on the following reasons:
1. Damaged Item
2. Wrong Item Delivered
3. Incorrectly Dispensed

Your item can only be returned within 5 calendar days after you receive your order. Any problems encountered after seven days will not be accommodated under our Return Policy.

Payment

What are the payment method available?

We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Deposits through Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (METROBANK). For bank deposits, account information will be sent to you via e-mail after you have placed your order.

For Metro Cebu and Davao area we accept Cash on Delivery and Credit Card payment upon Delivery

How much is the shipping rates

Rose Pharmacy offers Free delivery for PHP 1,000 and above orders within Metro Cebu and Davao. For orders below PHP 1,000, a delivery fee of Php50.00 will be applied.

For out-side Metro Cebu and Davao, there is a flat rate of PHP 150.00 shipping fee. Please see for the complete list of service areas for our logistic providers.

Promos and Discounts

I have a promo code How can I use it?

Promo codes may only be used when you’re ready to checkout your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, you will find an apply coupon box below the cart total. Enter the coupon code in the box, and click “Apply Coupon”. The corresponding discount will be applied to your total amount.

You need to be logged in to your account to use the discount code. Please make sure that the discount code has been applied to your order before you check out and submit your order.

Store Pick-up are exempted to avail any Promo Code

Is there a minimum purchase required to use the promo code?

Yes. Most of our Promo Codes require a minimum purchase of P500 before they can be applied to the cart value.

Can i use multiple promo code in one order?

No, You can only use one promo code per order.

Can i use the promo code with other discounted item?

No, You can only use the promo code on regular price item.

Do you accept senior citizen discounts?

Yes. If you are a legally registered Senior Citizen, you may avail of the Senior Citizen discount on your order. Please note that the discount only applies to a maximum of a month’s worth of prescription medicines, and also applies only to medicines covered by relevant Philippine laws. Prescriptions

How can i order prescription drugs?

Order with prescription drugs are required to attach a copy of a valid prescription that contains the following details: date of prescription, patient’s name, prescriber’s name and license number during checkout.

Can I buy and send a medicine to someone else?

Yes, Please select Bank Transfer as mood of payment if you want to send a medicine to someone else.

On the checkout page, Select Ship to a different address and add the shipping details of that person.

Note: We required a valid prescription for all prescription drug online order. Please send us a copy of the bank transfer
