When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and/or SMS.

After successful verification, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

  •  In Metro Cebu:Up to 2-3 days delivery via RosExpress or Lalamove Delivery
  •  For areas outside Metro Cebu: Up to 2 weeks via LBC due to limited availability of air cargo services caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Can i order Prescription medicine online?

Yes. Just like any ordinary pharmacy, we are required by law to only dispense prescription drugs upon presentation of a valid prescription that contains the following details: date of prescription, patient’s name, prescriber’s name and license number.

During check out you are ask to attach a copy of your doctor’s prescription in order to proceed. Our online pharmacist will call you for verification prescription order.

Upon claiming/delivery of your order you need to present the original prescription to our store pharmacist.

What is store Pick-Up?

Your order will be prepared and reserve in the Rose Pharmacy branch you selected during checkout.

I select Store Pick-Up as my shipping method, How to claim my item?

You will receive a SMS message that your order is now ready for Pick-up at the branch, Just present your Order Number (found in your order confirmation page & my account page).

If your order is requires a prescription, You need to present the original prescription upon claiming your order.

Do i need to get a priority number in the store to claim my store-pickup order?

No, You can claim your order in the store in the special counter for online order. Just present your order number in the claiming section.

Can I prearrange the date of delivery or Pick-up time?

Our courier service is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order for a specific time or date. Yet, you can rest assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

For orders within Metro Cebu & Metro Manila areas, yes! We deliver during weekend and Holidays.

For nationwide orders outside Metro Cebu, our courier service will only deliver during business days or holidays depending on our courier’s availability. You will be notified should your order be delivered outside of business days.

I need my order now, can Rose Pharmacy speed up the delivery?

Although we currently do not have an option for express delivery outside Rosexpress delivery area, But we always ensure that your orders are delivered within the promised delivery timeframe.

I just received an email/SMS saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?

Once shipped, you should receive your order within the promised delivery timeframe of up to 2 weeks for outside Metro Cebu areas, and up to 2-3 days for Metro Cebu areas.

How can I know the exact date and time of delivery?

Our courier service is unable to provide the exact date and time of delivery, however we can assure you that your order will be delivered within our promised delivery time frame. For LBC deliveries, you may track your order via their website. For Lalamove deliveries, your driver will notify you via text when your item is out for delivery.

Can I be inform before delivery?

You will receive a SMS notification once your order is out for delivery and our courier will communicate with you via call or SMS upon arrival at your address.

Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?

No. Once order is shipped you cannot cancel your order.

What if I am not at home when the order arrives?

A representative must present a copy of your valid ID to our courier in cases such as this. Any necessary documents such as prescription or senior citizen / PWD ID must also be presented.

You can also contact our customer service team via email or at  immediately after purchasing to inform us. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you.

Is there any area Rose Pharmacy cannot deliver to?

Rose Pharmacy can deliver to all serviceable areas. However, there are still some geographical restrictions. If our couriers are not able to deliver to your area, we will inform you through call right after you place your order.

We work in partnership with LBC and Lalamove. For orders outside Metro Cebu, we deliver within up to 2 weeks upon finalizing the full payment. For orders within Metro Cebu areas, we deliver within up to 2-3 days from when we receive your order.

Does RosePharmacy offer international shipments?

International shipment is not available at Rose Pharmacy.

Can I purchase multiple items and have it delivered to different shipping addresses?

We currently do not offer delivering different items to different addresses for the same order.

Should you want to have your items delivered to different addresses, we would recommend placing different orders (items to be delivered to the same shipping address should be put together in 1 order).

Can Rose Pharmacy deliver the package to my office?

Yes, we deliver to the address you enter as your shipping address. You may input your office’s address in that field.
In case you want to change your delivery address afterward, please send us your inquiry at immediately or within the same day of ordering, and we will help you change the address and also send you a confirmation once done.

NOTE: Delivery addresses can only be changed if the orders have not been endorsed or packed. Once it was picked up by our courier, we can no longer change the address since these are already printed and orders have already been handed over to our couriers.

Can I pick up my order at Rose Pharmacy branch near me?

Store Pick-Up option for orders made online is currently suspended. However, you may still avail of Pick-Up services by calling your nearest store to request the preparation of your items. You can view our store directory here.
