    Description : Co-Altria tab Montelukast Na 10 mg, levocetirizine diHCl 5 mg.

    Indications / Uses : Relief of symptoms associated w/ seasonal & perennial allergic rhinitis.

    Administration : May be taken with or without food.

    Contraindications : Hypersensitivity. Severe renal (CrCl <10 mL/min) or hepatic impairment. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn 6-11 yr w/ renal impairment.

    Special Precautions : Mild to moderate renal impairment. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Not recommended to patients w/ severe hepatic impairment. Co-Altria Ped Levocetirizine diHCl: May experience somnolence, fatigue & asthenia affecting ability to drive or operate machinery. Not recommended to infants & toddlers <2 yr.
